Yes! The Starter plan is free and gives you enough capacity to explore the platform with real data. You can upgrade at any time.
What counts as an "observation"?
An observation is a single fact or data point extracted from your data. For example: one user quote, one complaint, or one feature request. A single interview transcript might produce 20-50 observations.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be prorated. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual plans come with a 20% discount. Contact us for annual pricing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything at any time. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our data retention policy.
