Observably is an AI-powered platform that turns customer conversations, support tickets, and interviews into a structured knowledge graph. It automatically extracts observations, generates insights, and helps your product team make evidence-based decisions.

Sign up, create a project, and either connect an integration (like Zoom or Zendesk) or upload files directly. Observably's AI will start extracting observations within minutes.

Observably supports interview transcripts (TXT, DOCX, PDF), audio/video recordings (MP3, MP4, WAV), CSV exports from surveys, and direct integrations with tools like Zoom, Zendesk, and Intercom.

Most documents are processed within 2-5 minutes. Audio and video files take longer because of transcription, typically 10-15 minutes for a 1-hour recording. You'll see progress updates in real time.

The Starter plan is for individual use. Pro plans support unlimited team members, and each seat is billed separately. Enterprise plans include custom team configurations.

Observably integrates with Zoom, Google Meet, Gong, Fireflies, Zendesk, Intercom, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GitHub, Notion, and Jira. We're adding new integrations regularly.

Once you connect an integration, Observably polls for new data periodically (or receives webhooks where supported). New recordings, tickets, and data are processed automatically. No manual work needed.

Yes! Enterprise plans include custom integration development. For other plans, you can request integrations through our feedback form and we prioritize based on demand.

Observably uses large language models to read your raw data and extract individual observations: facts, quotes, complaints, or feature requests. Each observation is tagged, classified into your project's ontology, and linked to the original source.

AI extraction is highly accurate for well-structured conversations and feedback, but it's not perfect. That's why Observably includes a review workflow where your team can review, edit, or reject every AI-generated observation before it enters the knowledge graph.

Ask Observably is a conversational AI feature that lets you query your knowledge graph in natural language. Ask 'What are enterprise users' biggest complaints?' and get an answer with citations to the original sources.

All data is stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not share your data with third parties or use it to train AI models.

No. Your data is only used to generate insights for your organization. We use OpenAI's API with data processing agreements in place, and your data is not used for model training.

We are currently working toward SOC 2 Type II compliance. Enterprise plans include BAA agreements for HIPAA-covered data. Contact us for details on our security posture and compliance roadmap.

Yes! The Starter plan is free and includes up to 50 observations per month, 1 integration, and basic AI features. No credit card required.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you can export your data at any time.
